Avon Hall – Table Top Hall

Single Pitch approximately 8ft x 5ft – £60

(Each pitch is supplied with 1 x 6ft standard trestle table, 2 chairs and access to an electric socket – any extension leads or lighting provided by the exhibitor must be visibly certifiable as PAT tested)

Extra 6ft trestle table 

Pre-booked up to one week prior to the fair – £9 each

After this time, subject to availability – £10 each

Wye Hall – Drive In Hall

Approximately 20ft pitch – £65

Larger pitches available in increments of 10ft – £32.50 per 10ft

(Vehicles larger than a standard transit van must book a minimum of 30ft)

Special Outside Pitches (SOSP) – £60

Approximately 30ft frontage with varying depths depending on their location.

(These pitches are either on grass or tarmac)

Casual Outside Pitches – Payable in CASH only on the day

• Cars – £45
• Other Vehicles – £55
• Trailers – £5

(These pitches are all located on the grass and will consist of a suitable sized area which will accommodate the Exhibitor and the Exhibitor’s vehicle, including trailer if applicable. The minimum size of Pitch will be the length of the Exhibitors Vehicle. Should the Exhibitors vehicle/trailer be of excessive size then the Exhibitor must pay for the necessary extra space required)

Admission to set up for exhibitors will start from 6:00am.
