2025 Booking Information for Malvern Flea & Collectors Fair

Booking Information

Avon Hall – Table Top pitches

Single pitch size approx. 8ft x 5ft.

• Single Pitch – £62
• Double pitch – £120
• Triple pitch – £180
• Quadruple pitch – £240

Each pitch is supplied with 1 x 6ft standard trestle table, 2 chairs and access to an electric socket – any extension leads or lighting provided by the exhibitor must be visibly certifiable as PAT tested.

Extra trestle tables are £10 each, limited to 1 per pitch and must be pre-booked at least 1 week prior to the fair.

Wye and Kildare Halls – Drive-in pitches

• 20ft pitch – £68
• 40ft pitch – £130
• 60ft pitch – £194

Your vehicle with rear loading doors open must fit within your booked pitch. If you are found to be in excess of your pitch boundary, you will either be charged (space permitting) or asked to leave.

Drive-in undercover pitch – please note these pitches are allocated on arrival. No tables, chairs, or electric are supplied to these pitches.

Special Outside Pitches (SOSP) – from £65

Designated outdoor pitches on hard standing and grass.

Pitches are approximately 30ft frontage with varying depths depending on their location.

Casual Outside Pitches

No pre-bookings taken, payable in CASH only on the day.

• Cars – £45
• Vans – £55
• Vehicles larger than a LWB van – £65
• Trailers – £10

These pitches are allocation on arrival and are located on the grass.  Each pitch will be large enough to accommodate the exhibitor’s vehicle and trailer if applicable.

Set Up Times

• Avon Hall & SOSP’s- from 5:30am
• Wye and Kildare Halls – from 5:45am
• Casual Outside Pitches – from 5:30am (this may be earlier in the summer months)

All exhibitors must remain trading for the duration of the fair.
